I wish I got this lady’s name I am so tired of municipal court staff talking to the citizens like they are not people. We are not inmates we are not in a jail we are simply requesting information about something as simple as a speeding ticket. I don’t know if they were trained to act like that on purpose or what ..... RIDICULOUS ! And I give them the benefit of the doubt sometimes because I know they have rude people come in there 24/7 but that gives them no right to talk to the next person crazy. Please get y’all stuff together city of grapevine

Place is so clean overall all. Employees are professional and polite Fast service! In and out in less than 5 minutes for ticket dismissal. Had my safety course certification and A3 driving record! They took those from me without any questions! Stamped th and scanned them into their computer and handing me back a copy, then thank you. All in less than 5 minutes. I don’t know why people leave a negative feedback here. It’s your fault if you receive a ticket. If you compare this court for explain to Dallas court! Then grapevine court receives 10 stars while Dallas receive NEGITIVE 1000 stars.

I will go out of my way to drive around grapevine rather then through it. Grapevine police department is such a joke. All there good at is speed trapping on 114. I mean I wonder where they got all the money for there nice brand new HUGE court house lol

Grapevine is the best! Little big town, police do an excellent job of keeping the city safe, does a lot with the community to serve and protect especially with after school kids programs. The city is number one for its festivals and local attractions like the Great Wolf and the Gay Lord of Texas plus it has the best ratings for schools.

They’re all smiles when you plea but they fail to tell you that if you wish to change your plea you must do so within 10 days or you can’t. Example: I plead no contest to take a defensive driving course. I found out I took one within a year (although in a different city and county)- court wouldn’t accept my wanting to change my plea since it had been over two months. The clerks excuse “we just push papers all day”. The judge doesn’t care that they don’t give you all of the necessary information so you can make an informed decision on your own. It’s the American justice system at work. Take your money and screw you over. Question everything when dealing with these lay people.
