Grapevine PD and Officer J. Velez are outstanding. I could not be happier with the men and women who protect our community of Grapevine. The PD was able to apprehend a suspect who broke into 2 of my family’s vehicles and stole property, before I was aware the crime happened. Upon calling to file a police report an officer arrived in a timely manner to notify me my property was in their possession and could be picked up immediately. Officer J. Velez the responding officer was diligent, polite and a true professional.

Pulled over for a speed violation on Baze Rd a few months back while in the process of moving into our new home in the city. The officer(wish I caught his name) was very professional, polite, and respectful. I know you guys(and gals) are not robots, and have bad days just like every other human being, I was given a verbal warning and was very appreciative of that, the review would not have changed if I were cited as I definitely expected a citation. If it were a traffic enforcement unit I would've been toast , lol. Anyone that has a problem with Grapevine PD here's a suggestion, either obey the law(traffic or otherwise) or don't come here...........
