Had to come here three times for a drug test. They didn't specify that they stopped doing drug tests an HOUR before closing! Second time I called to make sure they were open which they were and when I got there they were closed. Called again and had to be transferred to the call center because no one answers here so she had to transfer me to the location, and the lady I talked to had an attitude with me while I was VERIFYING location and if they were actually open! Had to repeat it back to her because the past two times I showed up they were unable to preform their services. RUDE EMPLOYEES!! Woman at the front desk treated me like I was an idiot. If this wasn't the only location to choose near me I would've never gone. Pick somewhere else.

The ladies are funny, nice and pretty, especially Kayla. I had to wait for an hour because my tank was empty and I saw about 20 people walk in and out. The service was that quick. The map and directions were wrong if you're using gps. But overall fast service with a friendly smile.
First time here and it's open not closed down . Dont need to call just come in and sign in by the check in here computer then just wait to be call
I would put a \0\ ZERO for a rating for LabCorp - but if you don't post something you cannot rate them. THEY ARE AWFUL, inadequate and must be awful lazy because I've taken several urine sample in for my elderly mother. We have a Nursing facility that comes and takes the sample, fills out the paperwork and hand delivers it to the lab. We always get a \REQUEST PROBLEM\. Of which, I've disagreed with them. They alway find \something\ not to do there work. Either they say, the urine sample it too old, maybe by the time they get around to doing the culture it old, but not old because our Nurses hand deliver it immediately after they leave the house. Once, they said it was too cold, after we refrigerated it...(how can it be refrigerated and be warm?) so they \REQUEST PROBLEM\, ANOTHER time they said it wasn't in the correct container, although it was in the same containers as we've always used before. Once again, \REQUEST PROBLEM\. Once they said we had too little urine, however, it was exactly the same as other sample taking to other LABS?? How can this be?? I would definitely choose another Lab other then LabCorp. My mother is 99 years old and this delay in getting the cultures back in due time has almost cost her her life. This is so unfair to the elderly. This has happened at most any Labcorp. it's not just a few locations. Go elsewhere.
Kayla was quick and super friendly! Best experience I've had at a Labcorp.
