Had a terrible experience with exchanging my power wheels battery on warranty. This company is a service center for mattel, or at least was a service center because it appears they have now shut down that location down. After I dropped off my battery, they never informed me about the shut down or kept me updated with status of my order. When I called to ask about it, Keith wasn't helpful at all. He had no clue about my order and frankly seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. Didn't care about the frustration I was experiencing with the company and made things worst by not showing any concern about it either. Didn't go out of his way to service me. Called Mattel, got what apparently took them 3 mos and counting, taken care of in 15 mins. I don't recommend this place for anything because of the bad customer service I received.
Great guys!!! I visited a few months ago and was looking for a vacuum to handle commercial jobs. Well I ended up financing a Sebo upright and have not been disappointed. I really was not wanting to get a bag vacuum but let me just say all of my clients are happy when I’m done. Not only that the bag lasts me from 2-3 weeks. Thanks guys!!!
