I recently started with a new company and now work from home. I am not the least bit \techie\ and even a basic computer set up makes me feel so stressed out. I did a quick Google search and found Nerds To Go Grapevine and am so glad I did!! They are very professional, friendly and customer service oriented. They worked to find an opening that would fit in with my limited schedule and the tech {Michael} was prompt in arriving. He was very professional, friendly, fast and made sure everything was working before he left. Two days later I found out I needed to have a printer set up and called Nerds To Go. I spoke with Vicki and unfortunately the price was out of my budget so I had to decline. Vicki called me back and as I was unable to have the printer installed the same time the computer was set up she adjusted the price for the second visit. That is an EXCELLENT example on how to take care of your customers! Vicki excels in customer service and letting people know Nerds to Go Grapevine appreciates their business !! Thanks Vicki.....Nerds To Go is now my \go to\ company for anything computer related and I can and will highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with Nerds ToGo in Grapevine. My 2012 iMac suddenly quit and I could smell an electrical short. Took it to their shop and within a day they had taken it apart and found the problem. iMac's are all in one units and difficult to disassemble and they discovered the logic board was bad. To replace the logic board mean't ordering a new one from Apple which was expensive, so I declined the repair. This expensive logic board cost wasn't the fault of Nerds ToGo since anything you get from Apple is expensive. I decided to order a new iMac instead since it would be only a few hundred more to just get a new one. I asked the tech if he could leave my iMac unassembled since I'm going to part out the screen, memory, etc.. to recoup the cost. I was only charged their diagnostic fee for this, which I thought was very fair.
