Visited this store three times over the course of six weeks. Our first visit in we were a little put-off by the group of sales ladies at the desk. I honestly cannot remember what was said but we definitely left feeling that there was room for improvement in overall attitude. The gal that eventually sold me the fixtures was wonderful, which I was grateful for. In the end, all we have to give is kindness and I would to see a little more of that from this spot.

Nina has been a pleasure to work with. We bought all the lights for our new home from her! Great prices and service. 2 of out outdoor fixtures failed outside of the warranty period. Nina was able to work with the company and replaced them with new fixtures at no cost!

Nancy at Passion Lighting was extremely helpful in picking out outdoor lanterns. She made copies of multiple choices and gave us the time we needed to choose and make up our minds. The transaction was seamless, she emailed us a quote and we called her with our payment. I highly recommend Passion Lighting and Nancy Williams!! Can't wait to have my new lanterns installed!

Our pool company referred my husband and I to Passion Lighting and I am so glad we follow up on the referral. Working with Sue to find the perfect lights and fan for our outdoor space has been great! Sue is knowledgeable, very helpful and so patient. I never felt rushed during the process – her customer service is top notch! We placed an order for one set of lights and the delivery date kept changing due to circumstances with the manufacturer and shipping. Sue kept us in the loop. When we decided to eturn\ the lights because the delivery date kept getting pushed, she helped me look through several books to find the best replacement. Sue (and Passion Lighting) is now our go-to for all our future lighting needs.

We worked w/Kristal at Passion Lighting to select all lighting for our new built home. She was super knowledgeable about inventory across all vendor providers. She listened to our style, and desires, helped with design , while keeping us on budget!! Later, Daniel came out to to unpackage each strand of small crystals and hang each larger crystal. He was professional, diligent and cleaned up after himself. My family and I are very pleased with the selections and how they all came together.
