They bait and switch. I asked for one size, was told I was given that size. When I got home I had a different size. I came back early the next day to get the correct size. They didn’t have it or a comparable replacement. Then pull no refunds no returns. They tried to convince me their sizes are smaller (this was after 10-15 minutes, so a last ditch effort). If they had spoken decent English this would have been taken care of at purchase.

DONT TRUST THEM! I wanted to purchase the body suit to lose weight. I tried on a red one and told them it was pulling against my shoulders and that I needed a bigger size. They proceeded to just try and make the sale. Finally they agreed to give me a size bigger and in Blue. I should’ve checked the package when we were buying because she quickly put it into the bag and sent us off. We did tell her we were only in town for a couple days. It’s now 10 PM and I decided I would try on my new purchase, come to find out she only gave me SHORTS! NOT THE BODY SUIT! Complete thieves and liars. Don’t believe anything they say. They just want your money.

the garments actually work, and the employees aren't bad. The company is very badly run and doesnt treat its employees good. super unorganized and old and long ways of checking out a customer. needs new management and an upgrade. (ex assistant mgr)
