I did a walk-in appointment on a Tuesday and the wait was less than 5 minutes. The phlebotomist Jenny was friendly and very good at her job. I am usually a hard stick and she had no issues getting me on the first try. The facility was clean and properly maintained.

Yesterday, my wife and I arrived at 8am. Since we didn’t have an appointment, we were prepared to wait. However, there was only one person ahead of us, so our wait time was about 5 minutes. The lab technician was a very personable young lady with a lovely smile. I am not someone who is an easy patient when it comes to drawing blood. However, we both commented that this young lady made the process simple and definitely painless. She was very efficient and caring with her work, and my wife and I were back in the car within about 15 minutes. The only thing we regret is that we didn’t remember the technicians name because she deserved to be remembered.

My experience with Quest was exceptional. Jenny, the phlebotomist is great because she is so helpful, caring and pleasant which makes for an exacting and comfortable blood drawing procedure. You can set up appointments online and there will be a minimum of wait time for your convenience. Test results will be posted on the web site for your review. It doesn't get any better than this for convenience and patient trust and confidence. I have been treated very well by Jenny over the years and always request that my doctors use Quest Grapevine located in the Tom Thumb grocery store for their testing requirements. After my appointment I stop at the instore Starbucks for a latte and maybe pick up some grocery items as well. This all totally works to my advantage. Great Stuff.

The worst place ever. Opened at 7:30am, with a line already. No one showed up for the 20 minutes I waited. I called Corporate and their only answer was, sorry we can't get ahold of a manager either. That was it. If I didn't have to drop something off, I would never use this place.
