Becky and her team at Jarrell are great. They took care of our entire kitchen remodel appliance order and when we had an issue with one of the appliances, she made it right. She went out of her way to make sure we were happy with our purchase and I HIGHLY recommend them!

I'm not very happy with the Jarrell Company because they are either very slow returning phone calls or not at all. I'm extremely dissatisfied with their contracted repair company, C & W appliances out of Dallas. The ice maker I bought for our church was delivered and installed on June 28. Three weeks later it quit working. It took several calls to Jarrell to find out who to call for warranty repair. Then C & W said they would be out in three days and called the morning of July 20 and set a time. Then just before that time they canceled. Then it was set for July 26 and a repair man came out took a quick look and said it would have to go to the shop but another truck would have to get it. Two business day went by and not a word from C & W. I called C & W and they set up the pick-up for Aug. 1. In the mean time we have had two social gatherings at the church that needed ice and a funeral reception coming up this Saturday and no ice machine. If I had wanted to keep buying bagged ice I wouldn't have purchased an ice maker. UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW: December 18, 2018. This Ice Machine is still out of service and I'm still getting the run-around about its repair status.

Very difficult place to shop because they do not have price tags on anything, so if you are interested in something the sales guy has to walk over to the computer type in the model code and 5 min later you get the price. I will say the display room is nice and convenient to look at the appliances but ultimately to frustrating to shop there. Update.. I found Capitol distributing also has a great showroom and everything has price tags.
