We have had an excellent experience ordering and receiving beautiful leather furniture from the Leather Sofa Company. Our sales rep Rob in the Grapevine store was very patient and spent a considerable amount of time with us talking about their products, answering questions, and showing us a very large assortment of leathers to choose from. If you are looking for leather furniture give them a try. You will not be disappointed!

My mom would never write a poor review a out a company, however I feel one needs to be written. My mom purchased a sofa in July 2019. She was excited to finally order a custom sofa that would be suitable for our family. Within months the sofa began to sag and deteriorate on both sides. She contacted the store and someone came out and gave her fluffing material... they told her she needed to stuff and fluff her sofa regularly... recently the sofa has been sagging more and getting worse. For a 4000 dollar sofa I wish my mom would have gotten a quality item. I am very disappointed in how the company has treated my mom during this process and that they did nothing to rectify this, not even store credit was offered.

Rob was a great help in getting us our new living room furniture. The emails the factory sent letting us know what stage of development our furniture was in was very reassuring, especially now when we are all dealing with the virus. They even sent pictures of the finished project when they had finished! Even with some delays at the factory, our furniture was delivered on time. It is very well made, reasonably priced for custom furniture (you pick the style and the leather), and so comfortable. We will definitely e back when we need any leather furniture!
