Had HID headlights installed on my wife's SUV. Dealt with Jake who was extremely helpful. My wife is completely satisfied due to her being night blind. I noticed on their website and in the store that they offered a discount to First Responders and the Military. At the time of checkout, I inquired about it and was told by a young lady that they would not be honoring it. She told me because they had to order the lights. But when I originally set up the appointment, they confirmed they had the lights in stock. So if you have something which shows no exclusion's, then you should honor it. I will still go back for service in the future and recommend them.
Tint World installed a car alarm and automatic door locks on my Ford transit. They have been amazing with helping me figure out the process of how to use it. Very patient, and available when I needed help. Dylan was especially helpful to me. I highly recommend them for their customer service. They don’t just leave you hanging!
