DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Worst massage ever! I asked for a 30min foot massage and Chinese guy said would charge me 35 for shoulder and feet..They ended up charging me 65 at the the end of the massage, when I asked why 65 ? Chinese guy laughed and said it was 2 different services. I’m very disappointed do not recommend this place to anyone

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went here just for quick 40 mins had to cut it to 20 real quick. This guy used his elbow the whole time. Not a Chinese massage at all. And he talked in my ear the whole time. I woke up hurting from him pushing his elbow in every part of my back, and slapping me. That’s what this place calls a massage. They should be shut down.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! This is the most horrible massage place I have ever visited. I first stopped in here to get a 30-minute massage. I asked for medium pressure, which the \therapist\ took to mean very hard. It was painful, and after several times asking him to do a lighter pressure, I finally just gave up and vowed never to come back. Well, unfortunately, I didn't share this experience with my husband. So, as birthday gift this year, he bought me a gift card to this place!! So, I thought well surely every therapist there, can't be that terrible and decided to give it a try. I stopped in with my gift card that they gave my husband for a 60-minute session. The first man looked at it and asked if I had my receipt. When I explained that my husband was only given the SIGNED TOTALLY CHI gift card, he went and handed it another woman. She then began speaking in their native language and ALL of the therapists quickly began to join in to the conversation, that I could not understand. She then began to tell me that I did not purchase the card from them. I asked if there was another Totally Chi in Grapevine Mills because that's clearly where my gift card was from. She said no, and because of the language barrier, the conversation was going nowhere fast. I had my husband pull up the transaction on his bank statement and screenshot/text it to me. After showing her the transaction, she started telling me that my card was signed by an \old manager\ and that I needed to call him. I called the number, no answer. No surprise there! I am now having my husband dispute the charge, but would advise everyone else to stay away. These people are rude, dishonest, and thieves.
