Jake and his trainee were very professional, kept me updated from start to finish on everything that was going and explained everything step by step of what needed to be done. He was on time and kept me in the loop on how far out he was. He was very thorough on explaining what was wrong with my HVAC system and what he would recommend. He even called Julie to schedule my sales appointment while he was here. I called the company this morning and they came out the same day. I would highly recommend this company for any tune ups, repairs or replacements. Jake is very well versed in his line of work. Overall 5/5 experience!

We knowingly paid top dollar for what was expected to be top quality service. We had our furnace replaced, water heater replaced, and a new AC installed. The water heater’s gas line had a leak when they left (they didn’t perform gas leak test or bubble test upon installing new pipes), I had to ask for my 20 year old gas valves to be replaced (for some reason that isn’t standard on new installs for this company), they didn’t reseal the water heater exhaust vent (when they came back out after I called, they just put new silicone over the old, no cleanup), they didn’t seal the electrical wires leaving my basement going out to the new AC (it was behind the electrical box so maybe they didn’t think I’d notice?). We made the installation as easy as possible. We removed the basement ceiling so they could easily run everything, we supplied them with water bottles, pop tarts, and individual bags of chips to keep morale up during their work day. It should’ve been an easy 5-star customer. By no means am I a professional, which has me worried there’s plenty more wrong I didn’t catch. My friends mentioned they wouldn’t have noticed anything but the gas leak. At this point, I wouldn’t recommend to family or friends. The attached photos show: 1. Left side is the new hole they made and sealed, the right is the water heater exhaust they didn’t seal up 2. That’s a junction with soapy water to show the gas leak they left the house with (you could easily smell it when you opened the door) 3. Behind the electrical shut off box, the hole with wires coming out from the house was not sealed

Hunter was great! I was running late because I got stuck at work and had to pick my child up and he gave me time to get there and was awesome! He was very thorough and let me know about what all he was going to be doing how long it would take and was very personable! The appointment was quick and the price was pretty good. I am waiting on one more quote to come back before deciding on who will be doing the vents, but as far as our first home goes and first time doing this Hunter made this process quick and easy! Thank you for being patient and kind!

Today they installed the first of my two furnaces and air conditioners. They were prompt, professional and their efforts so far has been superior. I look forward Monday to get my second system installed! Wonderful experience so far. Their comfort consultant Kristin Knack was thorough, knowledgeable and a wonderful experience. Earlier Michael did our inspection and was thorough as well. All around great experience so far.. Brent, Kevin and Nick were masters of the art of HVAC precision! Today is Monday and they finished the second heating/air conditioning system just now. Took 12 hours of excellent professional service. I am 100% satisfied with their quality . Wonderful experience Can’t say enough about these excellent Brent, Nick, and Kevin. Their manager Spike oversaw the magic!!!
