My experience was fabulous. I have a 2019 40ft diesel pusher. My Aqua Hot furnace would not stay on, would run for an hour or so then shut down. I had it serviced twice over the course of two weeks while out on the road traveling. Once in Montana and another in Florida with no success. Aqua Hot said to take it to one of their best certified service dealers, Annapolis RV. I reached out to Annapolis RV and explained my situation. They were very helpful and understanding. I got an appointment and checked in. I met with Tom and went over everything that was need ing attention on the coach. He listened and said he would take it from there. They kept me informed through the entire stay, about 1 week. They diagnosed and repaired the problem in the first couple days. They suggested I leave it there and let the heater run for several days to ensure we had it fixed.it They made the mechanics available on each of my many calls to get status. They took great care of my coach while it was there. They kept me plugged in to prevent any battery damage. Their work and professional approach was appreciated.

Had to stop for a quick fix of a water pump. The RV supply store has everything you would need. They were able to fix my issue quickly and affordable. Would stop again if I ever have another issue.
