We were sent wrong product, supposed to get bandit vxl, sent a regular vx bandent with vxl speed control and motor only, we also received the wrong remote, we received the tq remote instead of tqi remote. Car has no bearings, wrong hubs, no stability control. When I called customer service they were rude and said we can ship it back. We have to pay of course! We were ripped off... Instead of offering to send correct remote just rude, we asked if they could he said nothey don't have any. It has the cheaper shocks, plastic turn buckles. We paid for the more expensive one to turn into no prep drag car and got the cheaper version. We would like correct item or our money back. But apparently that's not happening... Rude!
