I contacted this company to help my daughter who accidentally locked my granddaughter in the car. This company answered the phone on a Sunday at 7:30 PM. They were 15 minutes away and did not hesitate to get going toward them right away. Fortunately my daughters boyfriend was able to get the door unlocked. I contacted the guy from Nickerson towing and let him know he could cancel it. He was professional and so polite on the phone, I could tell he truly cared about the whole situation. He wouldn’t even take my money for his time. Amazing professionalism and an great company if anyone ever is in need!!!! Thank you so much.

From the minute the phone was answered I knew he was on his way. The driver was kind, very communicative and got us out of our snow drifts. 2 vehicles 1 rescuer. Definitely a good call.
