Absolutely a worthless company. I was on hold for an hour and 34 minutes today and the automated voice hung up on me because the business was closed. I have been trying to get hold of them for four days. I stayed on the phone for hours this week. No one answers the phone. The Amerigas website is not working. The chat is also not working. I click login and all it does is spin in a circle. The page will not advance past my login. I have used Google chrome, Safari, Internet explore, and fire fox to get on the website.
