Horrible experience. Very unfriendly. Desk high so they can't see you. Office dirty. I saw back laboratory, looked messy. Staff did not wear masks. Waited over an hour. Definitely overcharged for a few minutes visit. Really not even a star. The response is incorrect. I did not see the vet for 40 minutes. I had previously alerted phone staff to see female vet as I rescued an animal whose abuser was a male. Front desk wore no masks. The vet said ohh I didn't know that. They're supposed to. Laboratory area filthy. Floor in waiting room not clean. Doorknobs missing on exam room. Very quick check on dog's ears. Bad experience for my dog. She deserved gentleness and kindness. Apparently their usual clients get treated differently. First negative review I have ever written. Excuses for the above is not professional.

We came there for emergency c-section on Labor Day for our Frenchie. They did a good job, I would highly recommend them to other pet owners. Thank you for doing a good job on my baby girl. We had 6 healthy puppies!

The staff at Grayson Vet is extraordinary! For close to a year now I have seen how dedicated and caring all 3 Dr. Tolliver’s are. Yes, this practice is family owned and operated, and it really shows in the level of service. From taking home a clients pet for monitoring around the clock, to coming in during closed hours to check on patients, this clinic is top tier!
