The entire staff and Great Lakes Pondscapes are professionals and extremely helpful. We have been there multiple times and they have always answered our questions and spent countless hours helping us with our pond. I noticed another review that said they were expensive, I wouldn't necessarily agree with that, I believe ponds in general can be costly, however, with the help from the staff here, we actually saved money because we were doing several critical things wrong... After spending a good amount of time talking to Brian and Sal (I believe) we we're able to rectify the issues. Thank you

We are a pond contractor and absolutely love the family atmosphere of Great Lakes Pondscapes. They treat us like another part of their family instead of some number like so many larger suppliers or box stores. Their service is prompt & polite! Be sure to visit their display gardens to get inspired in your own backyard.

We've become koi parents over the past few years, and Great Lakes has been the best to work with. They taught us how to over winter our fish, have provided a lot of free expert advice and have generally been a delight to deal with. Our prize fish was purchased there 3 years ago. He was about 6\ long and white with black markings. He's now about 16\ long and answers to the name of Moby. The other fish we've gotten there have thrived as well. If you want to get into the ornamental pond/fish world, this is the place to go.
