Don't waste your time. They couldn't tell me if my brace was cover or not. My second time, after deciding I would take the chance on my insurance, they didn't have my brace. I think they need to stop chatting and pay attention to their patients. Patients are your purpose.

I had to sit and wait for 30 minutes for the gal at check in to input my insurance card and then waited for another 15 minutes to be seen when there were no other patients. There were a number of clerical staff with nothing to do. The place is dirty (pillows on the parent tables were obviously used and gross.) would not recommend.

I recently was fit with new orthodics . All staff are kind and efficient. Dan is a true craftsman. My feet feel the best they have in years. Thank you!

I had a bad experience calling back, after I received a statement from my insurance. I had been overcharged according to my insurance. When I talked to Lauren the receptionist, she kept trying to justify the overcharge - That I had not met my maximum deductible. It’s not her business whether I have met or not met my deductible. She simply should charge me as per my insurance, which is 50/50. I was made to pay 100% by error or design and now am told it will take up to 3 months or more to get my 50% percent that I was not even supposed to pay. To rub salt onto my insult, she shouted at me on the phone falsely accusing of shouting at her. I almost lost it and demanded to speak to her supervisor who has not called me back. That’s poor customer service, I wouldn’t recommend it, period.
