Went here this past spring for electrical from February to June 2020. Covid hit early March so we didn't have in person learning til June 8th. Over the few months of quarantine I was reading my books just trying to keep the classwork fresh in my mind. Eventually I had to drop the course mid June and move to a different state. I only attended in person February-early March and then 2 weeks in June. The bussiness office sent me a letter for my final bill and it was close to 4,000. That didn't make any sense because it was a 6 month program for 8,300 and we were supposed to graduate in September. I didn't complete have the course because I was only in the course for 2 months and 2 weeks. I contacted the director of adult education and explained to her I don't agree with the billing I received. She told me they counted the months we were in quarantine as at home learning. That was false I didn't turn in any homework or do any bookwork on my own time the only thing I did was read the books on my own time. I told her to reach back out to me with a new bill that reflects when I attended the class in person. She said she would get back to me but it's been about a month. I figure I'll have to reach out to my lawyers and the Department of education for Pennsylvania to file a complaint. The instructor Mr. Olecki is awesome and super laid back. If you're interested in the electrical program this is the guy to teach you.
