Had a few problems after install but working with Kris and his staff these problems were addressed and repaired in an efficient and convenient manner. We recently removed the carpet from our bathroom/master closet and went with Coretec (a long time dream come true) There was NO other choice for us than Carpet Exchange, & Kris Zavala. His personal involvement, attention to detail, clear explanations of the process, costs, details, etc made the buying, demo & installation process a joy. The project was complete in one day, and his team was professional, immaculate on clean up, and attentive to every detail. The cost was very reasonable, which included hauling off the old carpet /pad. The end result is FABULOUS. We are very pleased and are already planning our next flooring project with this store and manager (total hardwood in the rest of the house). Thanks again for a job well done!! We are lifelong customers

My husband and I wanted to have the carpet removed and hardwood floors installed in our master bedroom and closet. Amazing experience from start to finish: Christopher promptly took measurements and sent us a quote, shipped out samples, and followed up with the order status every step of the way. Martin, the project manager, upheld the same standards as Christopher and contacted us immediately when they received the product to schedule drop off of the materials. Excellent communication with scheduling the date/time of the work. The installation team was excellent: they were very polite and professional. They went through great lengths to make sure the floors were clean and returned all furniture to their original places. I highly recommend Carpet Exchange. Ours was a relatively small project, likely with a small profit margin, but they didn’t sacrifice communication or customer service. We’ll use them again for the flooring when we finish our basement this winter.
