A dear family member of mine got infected with Covid (in Feb '21) and was sent home to pass away. Our family contacted H&E Equipment Services in Greeley and rented a scissorlift to assist family members in a safe, socially distanced way to say goodbye. Upon returning the equipment our family was notified that we had been reimbursed all of our money. H&E stated they had seen the need to connect families through the use of this lift as a way to help them say goodbye to loved ones safely during the pandemic. Thank you H&E, thank you to the area manager, Travis Johnson for helping my grieving family. We will never forget your kindness and human approach to business.
