The staff was friendly and easy to talk to. The clinician who did my exam was respectful and made sure I was comfortable and made sure I knew I could tell her to stop if I was upset or in pain in any way. The clinic itself is nice and is fairly comfortable.

No one every answers the phone. The recording on their phone says to go online to book, but when you try to it says to call due to covid. Have no idea what is going on there but they never call back and never answer. Starting to think they are closed permentantly

I have been coming here since 2017. The staff here is always very kind and helpful, however, I'm only giving 3 stars because of the billing department. I just received a call from their collections agency over an invoice from 2017 that PP never contacted me about to try and resolve. They were also unable to tell me if their lab would take my insurance, which I found out the hard way it did not, resulting in more unexpected bills. Not a fan of the billing department here.
