I love this place, everyone is cheerful and polite, no matter what shift. Food is good and never a long wait. I always love seeing Taylor. She is always friendly and has a great personality. She is very professional.

Consistently bad service (the people are incredibly nice but unable to fix the issues). I have given them multiple chances but pretty sure it'll never change. 50/50 on of it'll be good.
Made to order, flat-top grilled greatness. Taste of Philly is the tastiest choice with lots of flavor combinations and paired perfectly with the seasoned fries. Dont forget the cheese sauce. I would have taken a picture but by the time I realized it, I was cleaning my face off. Sadly I seemed to occupied devouring the epic creation to take a Selfie. Keep up the great work!
This was my second visit. Both times the Phillies was off the hook. Great job on doing the cheesesteaks right.
