I've heard great things about West Point Carpet One but when I called into the facility to ask about getting help with flooring design (picking the flooring, material and layout), the girl that answered the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She sounded like I was bothering and I could actually hear her sighing with annoyance as I asked questions. It was like talking to an automated machine that lacked any personality or customer service skills. So all in all, I am very disappointed.
