I purchased the Mirror (workout mirror) with them. It was no pressure sales which I appreciate. Most importantly, when I got home I realized Mirror had a sale for 350 lower than the store. I called fully expecting it to end up being some of a negotiation. To my surprise they gentlemen said they would refund the difference and they completed the transaction while I was on the phone. Bottom line, it’s about doing the right thing and they did instantly. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another large ticket item from them. Nice work and many thanks!

Recently purchased a treadmill for use at our home. Greg was patient and understanding due to my complete lack of experience with treadmill purchases. He guided me down the path and got me hooked up with the exact one we needed and even saved me from overspending on a higher level unit that was beyond our needs. Poor service, bought treadmill 15 months ago, motor broke, standard use 5-6 miles miles, steady walking pace, no run around to replace, parts ordered etc, stay away, cheap useless company

Fantastic experience at Johnson Fitness in Green Bay. Gary was awesome to work with and I love my Octane. To the other reviewers: They sell top tier home/professional gym equipment, you won't find the same quality at Sears. Also, the guys that work here are anything but pushy. I originally stopped and looked in July, got some info, Gary took my info, and never once cold called me. I went back in October after I had made up my mind and he was happy to help. To Aaron, the prices are competitive with everyone else. As a matter of fact, they will match anyone else. I looked everywhere for a better price on a new Octane elliptical and Johnson was the best choice by 300.
