We came here around 7:00 PM on Saturday 12/5/2020. We have a family of seven, and we were very rudely informed that we can only have 6 per table. We made a plan to adjust. (One person in our party was very upset, so we worked to calm them down and explain the need for safety.) However, one of the employees mistakenly took this as us being upset at them. As a result, they decided that they were going to be as rude as possible to our elderly mother who could not hear her asking which items she wanted on our food. She then decided to roll her eyes when we asked for a little more cheese on our double stack. Proceed to the checkout, I pulled the wrong card out of my wallet by accident and it was declined, the cashier stated loudly enough for others to hear, “Declined, try again.” We have been coming here for years, and this is the first time we have EVER had a bad experience. We do understand the need for safety, and we understand that everyone has bad days, but the level of disrespect experienced by multiple members of this team was unacceptable. I don’t know that we will ever come back to this restaurant.

So good. Love being able to customize exactly what I want. The ingredients taste fresh and chips are made fresh every day. Highly recommend. Go on a Monday for the best deal, or Sundays kids eat for free I believe with paid adult meal.
Portions are inconsistent and staff seems uninterested at times. Food is great.
If there is one place that is 10 times better than chipotle and Qdoba it is MOES!! the dining and specials here are of the most exquisite variety. Nothing is better than looking good and feeling good when you tell your friends about the newest place in town to eat. If you want free food, tell the hostess, “WELCOME TO MOES”.
