Pioneer is a top tier company to work for. The work environment is one of the best I have been around. Sure, there is plenty to do, and we are very busy, but the work is reasonable, and the people are great! Accountability, fairness, safety, and lots of opportunities as the company grows make this a very desirable team to be part of.

Levi Culver

One of the worst places in town to work at, they treat the employees terribly. They immediately expect near perfection while giving you minimal training. This factory is really gross and disgusting, the bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years and the lunchroom is in worse condition. The ceiling is falling in places and there are ant traps full of ants... It's like they don't care about the employees whatsoever.
