Wisconsin Public Service has been absolutely dreadful to work with. I already have had their services at my house and never had any issues. When it came to setting up a new service (to an unattached garage) they were so unhelpful: I was given different information every time I called, was given huge delays 'due to covid' and it seems like things were made up as they went. I was emailed a checklist of everything that needed to be completed from start to finish which was incorrect and missing important information. I was fined by my township because a permit was never applied for - I guess a first time homeowner is supposed to know all these things?? WPS needs A LOT more training for their employees!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

If I could give this company no stars I would. WPS has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They created an app that clearly was not ready to be released. Then couldn’t even admit that the app has bugs and should not be used. It also does not update any new information you enter through the app into the system. If you are reading this do not waste your time with their app if you can go with another company for service I would highly recommend it! If I had another choice I would just cut off all my service with them. I can tell by all the terrible reviews that my landlords were crazy for working with you!

Very kind and personable people. It’s a tough job they have, nobody likes to get huge utility bills, but unfortunately not everyone understands it’s a service we can’t live without. They are not the enemy. We had a fair payment plan and being out of debt is a good feeling.

Wish I could give them a no star rating my service goes out all the time . They buried my line going up too my house and we still have lots of outage . Called for a reduced bill and the smart guy tells me your not getting billed while your electric is out so that’s it and that’s that. Nice!
