Phil was great! Took his time and helped me and my wife pick the best elliptical for us. Let us try 4 of them to see what felt best. Explained the way each functioned. ( rode on rails or suspended ) Made recommendations as to which electronic display made most sense for our needs. No hard sell. Didn't push most expensive model. He helped us make the decision which was best for us. Thank you Phil!

IF service, personal interaction, advice and shopping local are important to you they do a wonderful job at this store. I wanted a treadmill and didn't feel comfortable ordering online because I wanted to test it and also have it installed properly. they communicated honestly and openly about wait times, different manufacturers products and were true to their word. Contrast this with some of the reviews of \client service\ stories of the direct equipment sellers and you will see the difference!

I had a excellent experience at this store. Scott, the Store Manager helped me find the perfect elliptical for my pocket and the size of my residence. He did not try to sell me a higher level model. The delivery company showed up on time and set my equipment up without issue. This was a painless, good experience.
