CLR Marine came through with spot on service. I needed a 20 yr old raw water pump for Yanmar Diesel, with varying years, engine configurations and both Euro and Asian types...a very confusing and difficult search. I explained all the issues to them , they researched the engine, positively identified the unit---with the correct pump, mailed it out in short order, and it was a perfect replacement for the original. Hats off to CLR for such great effort to research and ID the right part. It was also the best priced of any similar pump I could find, and in stock. Uncommon customer service in these days of the inter web.Bravo

I'd like to share my brief experience dealing with CLR Marine. It has been nothing but Outstanding. For questions I had, I would get immediate responses from Chuck or Laura. When I purchased more than one item, they were kind enough to combine shipping (where possible) and save me even more money. To sum up, CLR Marine have outstanding customer service, fast responses to any questions you may have and are easy to work with. I find it difficult to believe Chuck would not treat anybody right. Horrible service! Do not buy from here - there is nothing they carry you cant buy from Ebay for same or less! Placed an order for a stereo- pd 50 extra for expedited shipping- specifically says (3days) next to it. Expected it no later than Thursday night - go to ups tracking number - says it wont be her until Friday before 9- Going out of town so wont be here after 5pm - call ups they say they cant do anything because the shipper didnt provide any billing info so I can have it left at the facility instead of put on a truck so I can pick up first thing Friday morning- call clr - no answer- send msg via email - no answer- call 3 more times no answer- finally call back Thursday morning state they gave ups everything- ups says no - clearly someone is lying - cant see why ups would lie they hgv ave nothing to gain - here it is Friday evening- no pkg - had to leave town, so no one home to sign - which knows when I'll get my pkg. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE- PURCHASE ELSEWHERE- NOT WORTH THE 5- 15 YOU MIGHT SAVE!
