These are beautiful new apartments, however they were built with NO sound proofing. I can hear ever foot step of my upstairs neighbor. I can hear the vacuum rolling above me. When he has a dog over I can hear the dog jumping and the sound of the ball bouncing. I have lived in older places with better sound proofing. Also parking here is horrible. I pay for a carport and come home to have someone in my spit quite often. As for guess parking good luck. These apartments are amazing because they are new but if you are looking for a place for peace and quiet this is not for you as long as someone lives above you.

This property once had a great potential. Sure, it looks modern and appliances are nice but is poorly built. Within a month of living here, 4 door handles came loose. Very small bath tub and weak shower. No offense to Motel 6, but I have had better showers at Motel 6. Closets are big but limited shelving. And the parking. Lack of "free" parking is repeatedly mentioned, yet this property would not take any measures except advertising paid spots or threatening to tow. Not all units are taken and people are already parking double, illegitimately parking in handicaps, wheelchair landing space between handicap spots, and fire lanes. Lastly, this place has roaches. Gross German cockroaches.

Apartments may look nice but poorly built... over priced & monthly fees added on that were not discussed prior to signing. No parking at all for residents I come home around 7:30pm an all “free”spots are taken. They don’t have enough parking spots for residents on the complex an suggest you buy a car port or garage for more when you already pay over 1600 you should have a spot to park with that price. Super thin walls as well... Would not recommend!

These apartments are beautiful! The ceilings are high, the windows are gorgeous; nearly floor to ceiling and it’s so bright and airy!! The neighbors are all really nice and I enjoy the access to the gym. I’m excited for when they finish the rest of the complex so next spring we have access to the community garden!! The location is prime and near everything you could think of. You can hear some dogs every now and again; but that’s to be expected in any apartment. It is more sound proof than your average apartment. You rarely hear your neighbors. The whole rental process was really smooth and there are plenty of apartments available and ready to move in. Which was a huge plus for my family! That being said, we love it here ️

Current resident. Non stop construction since the day we moved in (September 2020) 7 days a week for the most part 6am-8pm some nights until 10pm... not enough parking spots for residents... if you can’t find a spot you’ll have to park blocks away. Always can purchase a carport/garage for an extra 50 per month but when you pay 1520 (including 90 water, sewage& garbage fee) a month you should be able to have a spot in the complex. When we moved in our stove didn’t meet regulation requirements so they had to come in an fix it. Don’t recommend...

I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING HERE! My brother and I moved in at the beginning of October and in our contracts it states that we are allowed 1 covered parking spot per person in the unit (either 1 garage and 1 carport or 2 carports). The day we got our keys we asked the office manager if this part of the contract is still correct. She reassured us that yes we can each have one, but they weren't assigning carports until more people moved in so we can park in any spot we wanted. As more people moved into the complex, the regional manager realized they didn't make enough parking spaces for the amount of tenants that will be living there in the upcoming months. Thus resulting in only 1 spot per unit, not per person. They claim there's nothing they can do about it. So if you wanna pay almost 1600 a month (was 1520 "everything included" but you receive an additional bill that wasn't mentioned in contract or in person) for 1 parking spot and very limited free parking and have your contract change, then I suppose this place is for you... I'm just so glad I get no covered parking right before winter starts... Thanks a lot Green Door Flats.

It's the nicest apartment I have seen in the valley! My fiancé picked out the apartment so I didn't see it until the day we moved in, but wow! These units are beautiful! The doorways have to be around 8ft tall in some of the rooms. They are huge! Everything is white with nice quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The washer and dryers are brand new with WiFi capabilities. There is an Xfinity router in each unit I believe giving this community a better internet/tv rate which is awesome. The neighbors I have met so far have all been nice. The gym is close to my apartment so it's a good reminder to get back in shape! The only downsides have already been stated; somewhat limited parking and baseboard heaters. That being said I haven't had an issue with parking yet, there's always a space open and the baseboards weren't a deal breaker for us. Thank you Lilah for being an awesome manager and thank you Green Door Flats for bringing this Modern community to a great location. It's close to everything so it makes commutes a breeze.
