Daryl and Steve came in pouring rain to install an iron filter. They both took exceptional care in taking their boots off in the house to protect the floors. They also did an excellent job in setting things up in the well house. Very pleased with their work and consideration for keeping the floors clean. We will definitely use them again when needed.
We woke up to no water called Empire pump services and asked if they came out to lead hill the lady said they did and told me how much it will cost for them to come out then plus parts. They came right away. They knew exactly what to do and got the well working in less then a hour. The price was very reasonable and they also told us about another problem with our well and said it's not something that needs to be fixed right now but gave us a quote so we can save up to get it fix. I will definitely use then for every problem we have with the well from now on!
Called everywhere and couldn’t even get a bid on a well. They answered their phones, returned calls, and are on the job as we speak. Will definitely recommend to them to as many people as possible. Couldn’t ask for more as far as customer service. They’ve put in some long hours and got to our job way quicker than expected. Also love that they’re family owned and operated.
