I own a Strong Spa I purchased from Sam's Club. All work was covered under warranty and normally you get put on a wait list to have your issues handled. David Chism was very knowledgeable about my spa and fixed my issue as quickly as possible. They were very informative about the next steps. Very owner-friendly and they showed up when they said they would (doesn't happen with everything in my spa ownership experience with other companies). I highly recommend them to handle whatever issues occur for your spa.
