The Greenbelt Maryland Office is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL temp agency that i have EVER encountered! The pay is extremely low. The LACK communication between associates and office OWNER and the RECRUITER was unbelievable. They only pay skilled and very experienced admins/office/receptionist between 11.50 and 12 an hour. There’s no way any grown adult can live independently and survive off of that salary. I had to leave my assignment. And not because of the place that I was sent to work but because they paid extra money to Express to keep me but Express NEVER increased my salary with that money. I was offered 12 an hour to work that assignment but I was only paid 11.50 and once I realized I called the Express office, ONLY to be told that the 12 an hour was a MISTAKE! I told them on a Tuesday that that Friday would be my last week because after numerous phone calls and emails back and forth, almost in an arguable tone, I had no other choice but EXPRESS did not notify the company that hired them until Friday at 4:30 pm thinking they would be desperate enough to keep them as a client. That ploy did not work because I had a very good working relationship with the other company that wanted to hire me on as their own employee, so they went with other temp agency because EXPRESS is known for paying their associates pennies compared to other temp agencies and what EXPRESS was pocketing for THEMSELVES. This company TAKES ADVANTAGE OF THEIR ASSOCIATES hardships. STAY AWAY FRO THIS OFFICE!!!!

The agency has been a great help to me Sence I have been unemployed they have found different assignments for me that has help me with my bills while I have been seeking for full time employment
