Worst place ever . I tried to gift my dad a car , transferring tags and title , this will clear my father of any headache which won’t require a state inspection or for him to get new tags . They told me it cannot be done and tried to tell him that he will need inspection among other things . I know places like this make money of commission and always tries to take advantage of the Latino community as the staff is fluent in Spanish . They gain the confidence of people that don’t speak English and have them do additional steps that are not required. Not to mention the teller was on the phone in a personal call waving me over . So I took my business elsewhere were none of this issues took place . Porfavor gente latina tenga cuidado al pedir assitencia en eate local por que se aprivechan y Le quieren cobrar por cosas que uno no requiere.

My experience with this company was terrible. They were rude, sexist and when they messed up our title, they refused to fix it properly. They insisted that we had to call MVA to correct their clerical error. If you can go somewhere else, I recommend that you do so.
