We are new to Arkansas. When we tried to register our RV, the “office manager” tried to make us pay sales tax on our RV that we had already paid in Tennessee. She was VERY unfriendly and did NOT know what she doing. Her attitude toward my husband was terrible. She gave us our RV tag and paperwork but did not give us the decal...(it was missing off the registration paper)...even though we paid for it. This office needs help. When we went in to get our Arkansas driver’s license last Friday, the girl there was good, but made it a point to tell everyone she had only been there one week and she was left by herself on such a busy day. I have to say her attitude was great, though she was under a lot of stress due to being left alone on a Friday after only ONE week! Not a very smart way to run an office! People were leaving due to the wait. We were there an hour.
Great experience on Friday when we went for our license...Not so great when we got our tags the following Tuesday
