My experience was outstanding. Kathy took the time to explain in detail all the options available to me and my wife regarding our Medicare requirements. Some of my inquiries were quite specific and she was able to address all of my concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any person that needs assistance with selecting a Medicare plan to suit their individual needs.
Enrolling in Medicare is intimidating. So many policies, strange terminology, deadlines. Kathy presented the best choices based on my and my husband's needs. We each went with different companies for healthcare and prescriptions. Kathy explained everything so well. She took away the stress. And she is so nice. The rest of her team is also very knowledgeable.
