Our experience with needing a water treatment/water softener with Negley's was just amazing from start to finish. Negley's came highly recommended by our neighbors. First we met with Corey, who was a delight.....he explained in detail, ran some simple tests and in layman's terms discussed our current water situation and how it could be improved. He provided us with a price that was more than competitive and significantly less than another water treatment company! Our unit though very high-tech looking is very simple for someone like myself who is not too tech savvy and it does everything it needs to without any work on my part! (with the exception of putting the required salt in it when needed). The installation was done by Wendell....another great employee of Negley's and just a pleasure! After the unit was installed and doing it's thing Corey came back to check everything was running smoothly and completed a few simple tests to show the immediate improvement since it's installation. He also gave us an estimate of our current/expected usage to determine when many months from now we would need to put more salt in the system. I can't recommend Negley's enough....great employees....great price.....and especially after my wonderful experience with them!! Thank you Negley's.

I have worked with a lot of companies throughout my lifetime and none compare to Negley’s. Everyone from the company is knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and go out of their way to make sure all your questions have been answered and that you are satisfied. Aaron was our salesman, and from day one explained the process and set our expectations, there were no surprises. He communicated with us throughout the drilling and installation. Aaron was very responsive when we had questions or concerns, and very customer driven. We had two wells drilled and going to have another one in the future. If you are deciding on a company, stop and go no further, you’ll be very satisfied with Negley’s.
Went in to buy cleaning solution for resin beads in water softening system. Wasn't sure exactly what to buy. Thankfully we received excellent customer service from both the cashier that helped us as well as a salesman who came over and was very knowledgeable and helpful about how to treat and restore the resin beads in order to get the system cleaned. Will definitely shop here again. Excellent products, service, and a pleasant experience.
We were so pleased with the work that Negley's did for us. We had a water system installed and couldn't be happier with the results. Great customer service too!
