I really appreciate that there is a camera shop with knowledgeable staff! I drive more than an hour to get here multiple times a year! Shout out to Kevin for setting me up with an awesome gently used lens that is just what I wanted! I have also taken several classes at both locations and if I lived closer I would love to be able to participate in focus classes. I discovered some great equipment via an in person shoot (where the staff brings lenses etc to test) and then later bought that lens because I knew it was perfect.

Pete was super helpful in assisting me and my dad find a lens today! Also, I lost my earring in the store and they quickly returned it to me. Amazing costumer service!

Came in hoping to find a camera that would tether for an online inventory business. They told me that there were very few that could tether and the cheapest one (without a lens) was 1200. Long story short, I called canon support because I didn’t believe that their lower priced cameras didn’t tether. Turns out, my old, used 350 canon rebel t3i that I found in my basement tethers, but art’s employees won’t tell you that. Also, they didn’t have any tethering cords to sell me either. I would’ve bought that 1200 used dslr body had I not stepped back and double checked what they were telling me... glad I trusted my gut!
