I was pleased with the purchase of my used \camp ready\ camper until we started painting and replacing flooring. It was then that we found a lot of rot, the roof is also quite badly rotted above the bathroom, which was freshly caulked and even had some new screws in the upper screw strip outside. It is obvious that it is rotten underneath and would have been even more obvious before all of the fresh caulk had been applied. The roof sags, and even pools water where the plywood underneath is totally gone. I cannot recommend buying a used camper here, as they did not disclose this damage and did not have it priced equivalently either.
