I purchased a virtual pinball machine from Doc Pinball and I could not be more pleased with the product I received as well as the incredible customer service from both Mark and Theresa. Mark took the time to answer all of my questions prior to the sale, Theresa kept me updated on when my package was going to ship and the machine arrived in perfect condition. Once I received it, Mark to the time to talk me through assembling it as well as getting it up and running. As a testament to my complete satisfaction with my purchase I will be recommending Doc Pinball to anyone interested in either a Pinball Machine or Arcade Machine and will be purchasing one of those as well from Doc Pinball later this summer. I purchased a virtual pinball machine from Mark and I could not be happier with his support, quality and price. I have an old High Speed Pinball table and I wish I knew Mark 10 years ago when I was trying to get this old neglected table running again. If you want to deal with someone that's nice, knowledgeable and down to earth then Mark and Doc's Pinball is the place. Mark and Doc Pinball are professional, knowledgeable & reliable! We bought a retro bowling game from Doc Pinball several years ago and it's worked perfectly since we bought it. Recently, it stopped working and I called Mark for a service call. Not only did he walk me through the repair, he had stowed extra fuses in the machine so they were available when they needed to be replaced! How's that for service?! Amazing. Mark was patient and professional as I called him back more than several times about how to fix it. The bowling game is up and running!! Thank you Mark! You could have easily charged me a service call!! Instead you walked me through the repair:)
