I had my vehicle towed to your dealership and my vehicle was checked in without a problem. My truck was serviced in what I thought was a reasonable amount of time. My issue lies when I picked up my truck. Everything was covered under warranty so I just had to sign off on the work completed so I did. As I looked over the inspection sheet which says this was topped off and tires were checked ..... I had barely a drop of windshield wash. I know this is a small complaint but I couldn't see out my windshield. Also after having my vehicle towed there was a panel removed from the transmission tunnel that I had to crawl around to reinstall. I purchased my truck from Lynch and was hoping to not have to have it service all the way in West Bend but I feel with the level of service I got at John Paul, I'd be better off at Lynch. After since placing this review, the service manager and vice president of the company reached out to me and made sure that I was satisfied with their company. Without going into details if they take care of everyone who has been displeased like they did in this situation I highly recommend them.

Friday stopped in for emissions and it was a 5 minute painless process of in and out. Very nice staff and will return for future services! Also we greatly appreciate your COVID plan. Your staff was all wearing masks keeping distance while offering exceptional customer service! Keep up the good work!

Went in for an oil change, booked an appointment on line. Was met by a friendly service writer, sat in their comfy lounge area and was back on the road in under a hour in my freshly washed car.
