Pros and Cons Pros: Sales team is great and seem knowledgeable. When buying the RV or shopping in the store, I received undivided attention and we moved right along. We also found the camper that we do love that does meet nearly every need we have. The facility is clean and beautiful. Cons: My family is still waiting to hear from the service department after our first use of the camper. We didn’t get help from Mount Comfort RV when we were stranded and needed to rely on the manufacturer to get us resources. I’ve sent emails and phone messages and still not a single response. TEST THIS OUT BEFORE YOU BUY. Call and ask to speak to someone in service. You’ll typically be “greeted “ by a receptionist that seems to have a chip on her shoulder and you will never hear back after leaving a voice mail. Notice the speedy response to google reviews though. I’ll keep everyone posted on the outcome of my repair-Timeline, quality, etc. UPDATE: I did receive an email last Friday that did state that the manufacturer was waiting on parts, so I stand corrected for that. Apparently Salem, the manufacturer, is around 30 days out on certain repair items and this is putting the service department behind on repairs on such items.

This place has everything you need for your RV needs... I swear this place was awesome... The staff was cool and helpful. There was so much stuff in here I could of spent a fortune if I would of stayed there longer. Definitely want to come back here another day and check it out.

Could not be more pleased with the entire experience! Courteous and patient sales folks (especially Neil) coupled with an excellent post purchase orientation was followed by meticulous and transparent financing piece! If only all major purchases were handled so well!

Purchased a 2021 work and play 27LT here and enjoyed the process from start to finish. Worked with Randy to get initial details on the RV/toy hauler who quickly sent me details and build sheets on a couple of models. Once I arrived at Mount Comfort to view the RV in person, Randy met me and showed me around providing great details. I greatly appreciated his honesty and we were able to get everything we were wanting in a toy hauler. When we arrived to pick up the toy hauler, we met with Bruce who showed us how to properly operate everything. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Bruce also installed our weight distribution hitch which was greatly appreciated! We finished up the purchase by working with Paul, who was very friendly, to get all of the paperwork taken care of. Thanks so much to Randy, Bruce, and Paul from Mount Comfort RV for making a very fun and pleasurable experience.

We just got home from picking up our first camper!! We honestly couldn't be more happy with the service all the way from the receptionist, to sales, to finance, parts and service. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. No pushy sales like another big name place I won't mention here. Mount Comfort RV has earned my business, and my loyalty. I'll gladly drive a little further for a company that made us feel like family. Javier in service did a great job with our walkthrough, and the other guys in service went above and beyond by trying to get us fixed up when we had issues with trailer light wiring on our tow vehicle. Truly the friendliest people in the RV game. Our only bad experience was getting home to realize that our spare tire cover blew off on the highway somewhere along our one hour drive home, but what's an adventure without some kind of random mishap? Five stars isn't enough, so here's an extra!
