I've been a resident since 2015 and I love it here. The price and location is great and convenient. The maintenance and office staff (Arlene, Janet, Erica, and Mariah) are very helpful and kind.
Though Ive only just moved in maybe a week ago everyone has been nice and courteous and I havent had any issues so far.Tre neighborhood seems quiet and peaceful. Lots of shops around. The one maintenance request I did have was taking care of promptly and they even left a work order that the job had been completed.
R U N. DO NOT SIGN HERE. Honestly wish I looked at the reviews before signing. Do yourself a favor and run because this is legit the worst place I've ever signed onto. There were problems literally everyday, they charge you for the gym even though it's closed. I've contacted them about my shower water being cold every time I turn it on and they dismissed it like it was nothing. All I can say is I will definitely be looking for another place to live at because greenhouse is not it. Don't even think about signing with them. The neighbors are ridiculously loud, the pricing always goes up, it's overcharged, there's bugs everywhere, and overall it feels like a hell hole. Don't sign here.
These apartments are not worth the headaches honestly. What you save in money you pay for in stress and headaches. I was looking for a short term lease while I was going to buy a house and the 6 months stay at these apartments was awful. Maintenance takes their time and comes without any kind of warning. If you ask for pest control please expect them not to come. There is no onsite washing facility. There were rats in the walls. Maintenance would come nice and early to wake you up with their lawnmowers so expect a delightful morning wake up every other week or so. Is that all sounds acceptable to you then quickly forget about getting you deposit back because they'll find any reason to give you fees. If you can please avoid giving them your money because they honestly don't deserve it.
