To start- this property looks beautiful- but to the wise do not be fooled by its appearance. There are homeless people able to come and go as they please and sleep and bathe at the pool. It is not safe!! Packages get stolen from the front door. My car was burglarized right in the front of the property. Your heat air conditioning is regulated by season and in Tx that cannot be ok considering how the weather is un predicted. The pool is always broken. It was heated all summer and has been cold all winter. For the amount of money we pay to have zero amenities. There is absolutely no value to your dollar. I’ve never had such a terrible experience paying close 1600 a month on a property that can not control maintenance and or safety of their residents. I do not recommend living here!

I was interested in moving to this location, and Vicci assisted me. After inquiring about a tour, she met me at the location and we looked at a couple different layouts. Found one that i LOVE! and Vicci worked to find all specials going on at the time to ensure I got the best deal. I am beyond happy with my experience thus far and cannot wait to reside here. 10 stars for Vicci!

I actually live here and am surprised by the reviews. The management takes our security very seriously and even has employees who live on the property. They keep the courtyard very nice and I am not surprised people would like to use it for any photos or are even curious as to what it looks like. I obviously have no idea what happened in the previous reviews, but our doors face and open to the courtyards so anyone on the property without permission is an issue for the residents security. I also found my listing online and was contacted the same day, then had all documents and move information handled in the same week. I’ve had a good experience with this management and particular property. I would reccomend this building to others for a clean and safe property to live on. Also, I don’t work for and am not associated with management, I just like it here.

Never stayed here. Did not appreciate the way the owner responded to the poster Cyerra Roberts. Speaking from experience, the majority of apartments (ones which are WAY nicer than these) will allow you to visit and tour unannounced. By disregarding and dismissing her concern, you are condoning the racist behavior of both of these women and it's disgusting and completely unacceptable.

I believe the two previous reviews about these ppl because I was interested in viewing apartments with them and I showed up to my appointment, you guessed it, they did not show up! These ppl are unprofessional and suspected bigots! The appointment that you missed was December 2018.
