Would not recommend. I'm guessing our problem was not important enough for them. They came out 5 days ago and have yet to give me a quote. I have followed up twice with Stephen and both times been told I'd get a call back. If you have a \disaster\ don't count on these guys. We are now setback 5 days with no air conditioning and a broken pipe at our kitchen sink. We can't get anything fixed until they provide a quote and services. Very dissatisfied!!!

After Disaster, specifically our Project Manager Donnie and his team have done amazing work in fixing a mold problem in our house. Donnie is a true gentleman, the type of person you could do business on a handshake with. Thank you for all of your hard work in restoring my home. See, my wife was diagnosed with Breast Cancer just before we (through our homeowners insurance company) contacted you for help. She is not allowed back in our home until the remediation and reconstruction are complete. I feel that the entire team has done everything possible to get this done as fast as possible without cutting any corners. I am truly grateful for that. You have a customer for life and will pass your name to anyone who can benefit from your services. Blessings to all of the After Disaster team!
Thanks! When we had a BIG rain and water was coming in under our door due to a faulty drain, After Disaster showed up promptly with four trucks and 5 incredibly efficient team members! They stopped the water, vacuumed everything completely dry, put in lots of fans and dehumidifiers and applied an antibacterial spray to avoid any chance of mold. I can’t explain how upsetting this event was. Everyone at After Disaster from Tanya in the office to Mitch who led the team was kind, empathetic and prompt. They explained exactly what they were going to do up front. And here’s the great part – they DID everything they promised they’d do and More! I would recommend After Disaster to everyone.
This is the biggest waste of time!!!! We had a water leak that we did not know about that caused mold. They came out an looked at telling us we would have a quote that day. After a week an 3 phone call inquiring about the quote was finally told couldn't even tell me anything until they started the job. Would never recommend to anyone! And as for the reply we received for 1 we were never told about this!!! Just keep calling for days to see if the quote was going to be sent. Finally to be told no quote could be provided until the job was started. Im pretty sure we are not the only ones that dont want a company to come out am start tearing their house apart without even the slightest ball park idea of the cost!!!
The job isn't finished. They couldn't do the repairs to the roof that caused the water damage and I haven't received estimates from the 2 roof companies that came to look at roof. Just frustrated that I thought After Disaster was going to handle all of repairs. They dried out water damage but we have had rain and snow since they removed their equipment. They did put plastic up to cover where they removed wet sheetrock. I just hope its not getting wet up there again from all this rain.
