Our heat went out at roughly 3am on a very cold Friday night. I called several companies in the morning to see if I could get anyone out on Saturday to fix the problem. Air Treatment returned my call within a few minutes and told me they would get someone out asap. Joey showed up and was very professional, he had the issue diagnosed in less then 10 minutes. Less than 20 minutes later my heat was back on and working better than ever! The original installer had mis-wired the blower motor, only allowing it to work on one speed. The price was reasonable and the service was impeccable! I will use Air Treatment from now on.

Sherman, the tech who came out, and Melissa the dispatcher for the company were all super professional. Sherman was patient and listened to what I explained, and was also patient and very thorough in explaining how everything worked and what he was doing. I'm definitely impressed with the level of service, and the prices!
They don't know what they will and won't do. Will charge you for an estimate and then get everything wrong. I have tried FIVE TIMES to contact them to resolve this issue. My next step will involve lawyers and a courtroom. Stay as far away from this company as the galaxy is wide because they'll ignore you if something didn't go right.
Our experience with Air Treatment Inc was excellent. Joey, our technician, was respectful, knowledgeable, and kind. He also wore a mask, which communicated to me that he was concerned about his welfare and ours. Joey showed up on time and completed the work promptly and at a fair price. During this pandemic, I want to say that it's the little things like wearing a mask despite an individual's personal views and feelings that cause me to recommend them to those I love and care about. I would recommend Air Treatment, Inc.
