Asahi is always our favorite in town, first time here after Covid-19, i had a reservation but still waited over an hour before chef serves our table. Looks like some issue on staff. My suggestion to the restaurant is to tell customer in advance that there maybe some wait to set our expectation. We could have pick a less busy night to come. Overall food is good and they're doing OK to tackle the Covid prevention .

This is the highest quality sushi you can get in Piedmont Triad area. I was honestly amazed with the fair price and the freshness of their fish. Also, they serve large cuts so you get your money's worth. I come from Vegas where there's a lot of sushi restaurants packed into a little city. This is some of the best sushi I have ever eaten and at an incredible price point. The service is top notch, too. We will be back to spend lots of money here. This place is the best in town.

I've been to so many sushi restaurants but this place has best smoked salmon sushi! it is not taste like they buy from sushi supplier. you can taste the smoke flavor! I'm sure they are home made authentic taste! also, the taste of sushi rice is delicious! recommend smoked salmon sushi!
